JBXO Embroidery started in 2023, as an extension to our owners fashion brand Jacobs Boutique xo. We provide branded and customised clothing and acessory options to hundreds of businesses both local to Wales and UK wide.

We also supply other services such as; Logo design, leaflet and business card design along with all your business and marketing print needs (business cards, pop up banners, notepads, mugs and business gifts)

How do I place an order with you?

You can shop our full collection HERE and request a quote by adding what you would like to your quote basket. You can also use the contact form on this website, or drop us an email info@JBXOEmbroidery.com or Whatsapp us 07875951111. We respond very quickly to messages and quotes and will get you up and running in no time.

How long does it take for an order to be completed?

Our average turnaround from payment to delivery/collection is 10 days. This may be longer for larger orders but never any longer than 21 days. Your order will begin to process once payment has been received (either in full, or if your order meets the requirement for a deposit)

What do you need from me to get started?

The first thing we need to know is the items you wish to order (including size/colour etc) this will be agreed via email or whatsapp during the quote process. Once this info has been established, we need an email address to generate the invoice along with; a copy of your logo (for embroidery this can be any image you have regardless of the quality) or for print we do require a high resolution image (transparent if possible) If you don't have this, don't worry as we have options available for you and can take the stress of this away from you. Once we have this, we will provide you with a digital mockup to approve and your order will begin to process.

What are the costs?

Every item is priced differently, you can find the guide price of all items by shopping our collection here. On average left breast embroidery or print is £5 and a back print is £8 extra. However often the price of a garment does not usually work out as expensive as the item price + left breast + back. We also offer shoulder, sleeve, right chest and center placements. We really are very flexible and having a chat with us makes this process very easy. If you don't know where to start, just get in touch and we can ask a few questions and make recommendations. There is a £10 set up fee for new customers (this is a one off fee and will never be charged again on future orders)

Where are you located?

We are based in Cwmbran, South Wales. However we do ship to anywhere in the UK (and even overseas) We can help you, regardless of where you live.

Is there a minimum order?

No! You can order as little as one T-shirt or small item, or as much as hundreds of items. There is no minimum order or charge for smaller orders. The only difference by buying in bigger quantities is you will unlock better prices. We offer bundles at discounted prices, but for larger businesses, clubs and organisations we offer bigger discounts when ordering over £1000+

How do i decide if I need embroidery or print?

This can depends on a few things such as;

  • how detailed your logo is
  • what effect you are going for
  • the size of your logo
  • the garments you are ordering

Have a chat with us via whatsapp or email and we can make recommendations. Just send us your logo & what items you want to order and we can give you some advice.

What printing methods do you use?

We only use what is called Direct to Transfer prints (DTF). We use an exceptional supplier for our prints, and this is where your logo is printed direct to the film in which we press onto the garments. The benefits of this are;

  • Exact colour matching - your logo is printed EXACTLY as sent
  • High colour printing - the colour vibrancy is great
  • Durability and extended liftespan of trasnfer
  • No logo is too complex or detailed, as they are printed as sent
  • The completed garment prints soft, almost as if the print is within the fibers of the fabric. It doesn't feel thick or bulky.
